Section 146: Limitation of compensation
Limitation of compensation.
- No person shall be entitled, save as otherwise expressly provided, to compensation for any damages sustained by reason of any action taken by the authorities of a Panchayat Union Council or a Village Panchayat in pursuance of their powers under this Chapter.Previous
