Section 165: Annual report of District Panchayat
Annual report of District Panchayat.
(1)
The District Panchayat shall prepare in such form and at such time each year [as may be prescribed] [See Rules issued in G.O. Ms. No: 23, Rural Development (C4), dated 1st February, 1999. [The Tamil Nadu District Panchayat (Submission of Annual Reports) Rules, 1999.]], an annual report giving a true and full account of its activities during the previous year and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the Government.(2)
