Section 170: Land revenue assignment
Land revenue assignment.
- The Government shall pay to each Panchayat Union Council a sum representing one rupee for each individual of the population of the Panchayat Development Block concerned from out of the total land revenue (including water-cess) collected in the State during that year. The sum thus credited to the Panchayat Union Council shall be referred to as the Land Revenue Assignment of that block.Previous
