Section 185: Constitution of Panchayat Union Fund and Village Panchayat Fund

Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994

Constitution of Panchayat Union Fund and Village Panchayat Fund.

- There shall be constituted -

(a)

for each Panchayat Union, a Panchayat Union (General) Fund and a Panchayat Union (Education) Fund;

(b)

for each Village Panchayat, a Village Panchayat Fund.
