Section 237: Power to farm out fees
Power to farm out fees.
- A panchayat shall have power to farm out the collection of any fees due to it under this Act or any rule, bye-law or regulation made thereunder for any period not exceeding three years at a time, on such conditions as it thinks fit.Previous
