Section 90: Meetings of Panchayat
Meetings of Panchayat.
- Every Panchayat shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of section 89, observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of business at its meetings (including the quorum at meetings) [as may be prescribed] [See Rules issued in G.O. Ms. No. 167, Rural Development (C4), dated 9th August, 1999 at page 595 of this book and in GO. Ms. No. 260, Rural Development (C4), dated 17th December, 1999 at page 815.]:Provided that not more than sixty days shall elapse between any two meetings of the Panchayat.Previous
