Section 43: Revision
Revision.
(1)
The Government may either suo-motu or on an application from any person aggrieved, call for and examine the records of any authority or officer in respect of any proceedings issued under this Act or the rules made thereunder , to satisfy themselves as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any order made or decision taken therein and if in any case, it appears to the Government that any such order or decision should be modified, annulled, reversed or remitted back for reconsideration, the Government may pass orders accordingly.(2)
No order prejudicial to any person shall be passed under sub-section (1) unless such person has been given an opportunity of making representation.(3)
The Government may, pending decision under sub-section (1), pass such other order as they may deem fit.Chapter-X Accounts and AuditPrevious
