Section 60: Power to remove difficulties
Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, as appears to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that no order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
