Section 159: Consequences of suspension of rent
Consequences of suspension of rent.
- Where the payment of any rent has been suspended under Section 157 -(a)
the period during which such suspension continues shall be excluded in computing the period of limitation allowed for a suit for recovery of the rent, and(b)
no suit or application shall lie, for the period of such suspension, for its recovery.Previous
