Section 221: Right to inspect and obtain copies
Right to inspect and obtain copies.
- All documents, statements, records and registers prepared or maintained under this Code or the rules framed thereunder shall be open to inspection during such hours and subject to such conditions and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed and arty person shall on payment of the prescribed fee, be entitled to obtain the certified copy of such document or any portion of any such document, statement record or register.Previous
