Section 74: Classes of tenures

Classes of tenures.

- There shall be following classes of tenure holders, namely -

(a)

Bhumidhar with transferable rights;

(b)

Bhumidhar with non-transferable rights;

(c)

Asami, and

(d)

Government lessee.
