Section 88: Transferability of a bhumidhars interest

Transferability of a bhumidhars interest.

(1)

The interest of a bhumidhar with transferable rights shall, subject to the provision of this Code, be transferable.

(2)

Save as otherwise expressly provided by this Code or any other law for the time being in force the interest of a bhumidhar with non-transferable rights or an asami in any holding shall not be transferable.
