Section 6: Effect of change in population or inclusion of the area of Panchayat in any level of Nagar Panchayat
Effect of change in population or inclusion of the area of Panchayat in any level of Nagar Panchayat.
- If the whole of the area, of a Gram Panchayat is included in a Nagar Panchayat, the Gram Panchayat shall cease and its assets and liabilities shall be disposed of in the manner prescribed. If a part of such area is so included, its jurisdiction shall be reduced by that part.Previous
