Section 89: Removal of difficulty arises in the establishment of Zila Panchayat
Removal of difficulty arises in the establishment of Zila Panchayat.
- If, any dispute or difficulty arises in the establishment or in the working of a Zila Panchayat regarding the interpretation of any provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder or any matter arising out of or relating to such interpretation or any matter not provided in this Act, the same shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.Previous
