Section 6: Removal of Chairman and members
Removal of Chairman and members.
- The State Government may, after making inquiry in such manner as may be prescribed, remove the Chairman and other member from his office on the ground of-(a)
misconduct involving moral turpitude, or(b)
insolvency, or(c)
infirmity of body or mind, or(d)
financial irregularity, or(e)
