Section 19: Indemnity.

The Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Chairman or any other member of the Board ¹[or the person contributing the Tribunal] ²[or an Inspector appointed under this Act] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done.
