Effect of lease in contravention of section 36.
- When a Bhumidhar other than one referred to in section 36 has let out his holding or any part thereof, the lessee will, notwithstanding anything contained in any law or contract or document of lease become and be deemed to be a purchaser and the provisions of section 33 and 42 shall mutatis mutandis apply.Previous
