Transfer made in contravention of this Chapter to be void.
- [(1)] [Section 45 renumbered as sub-section thereof by Act 4 of 1959, section 13 (w.r.e.f. 20-7-1954)] Any transfer made by or on behalf of a Bhumidhar or Asami in contravention of the provision of this Chapter shall be void.(2)
