Section 14: Admission made in contravention of this Act

Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007

Admission made in contravention of this Act.

- Any admission made in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, shall be void.
