Section 15: Higher Education Scholarship Fund

Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007

Higher Education Scholarship Fund.

- The Government may by notification in the official Gazette, constitute a Fund to be called 'the Higher Education Scholarship Fund', for providing scholarship to the socially and economically backward students admitted in the institution, on merit cum means basis.
