Section 16: Protection of action taken in good faith

Protection of action taken in good faith.

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any member of the Admission Regulatory Committee or Fee Regulatory Committee or any other officer of the Government or University for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
