Section 107: Services of notices
Services of notices.
- All documents including bills, notices and orders required by this or any rule or regulation made thereunder to be served upon or issued or presented to nay person shall, save as otherwise provided in this Act or rule or regulation, be effected.(a)
by giving or tendering the said document to such person; or(b)
if such person is not found, be leaving such document at his last known place of above or by giving or tendering the same to some adult member or servant of his family; or(c)
If his address elsewhere is known, by forwarding such documents to him, by registered post under a cover bearing the same address; or(d)
if none of the means as aforesaid is available, by causing a copy of such document to be affixed on some conspicuous part of the land or building, if any, to which the document relates.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
