Section 108: Public notice how to be made known
Public notice how to be made known.
- Every public notice given under this bill or rules or regulations made thereunder shall be in writing over the signature of such officer who may be authorised in this behalf by the Authority and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected thereby, by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality, or by preproclaiming the same by beat of drum or by such other means which the Authority thinks fit.Previous
