Section 29: Plans accompanying notice

Plans accompanying notice.

- A layout plan drawn to suitable scale and containing the following information shall accompany the notice given under Section 28-

(a)

the location of the land.

(b)

The boundaries of the proposed land shown on the map, and sufficient description to define the same,

(c)

Name and address of the owner widths of the adjacent roads and lanes.

(d)

Location, name and present widths of the adjacent roads and lanes.

(e)

The major, physical characteristics of the land proposed to be sub-divided, including topography, the approximate location and width of any watercourse and location of any areas subject to inundation or flood.

(f)

The complete layout of the proposed sub-division showing the location and widths of all the proposed street dimensions and uses of all the plots.

(g)

The locations of all drain, sewers and other utilities,

(h)

Building lines permissible,

(i)

Scale and north line,

(j)

Key plan.
