Section 30: Sanction with or without modification or refusal
Sanction with or without modification or refusal.
(1)
The Authority may either grant or refuse the approval to the plans or may approve them with such modifications as it may deem fit and thereupon shall, communicate its decision to the person giving the notice within three months from the date of the notice.(2)
