Section 58: Disposing of land
Disposing of land.
- Subject to the rules made under this Act, the Authority may retain, lease, exchange or otherwise, transfer any land acquired by it under this Act.Provided that in case of lease or transfer the owner will get first priority if due to acquisition he becomes landless.Previous
