Section 59: Provisions of private negotiation before compulsory acquisition
Provisions of private negotiation before compulsory acquisition.
(1)
The Authority may, in the first instance make reasonable efforts to purchase any land by private negotiation.(2)
In case of failure to purchase the land by Private negotation within a specified time, the said land shall be compulsory acquired.(3)
