Section 60: Payments to owner by adjustment
Payments to owner by adjustment.
- All payments due to be made to any person by the Authority under this Act, shall so far as possible, be made by an adjustment in respect of the plot concerned or of any other plot in which he has an interest and failing such adjustment payment shall be agreed upon by the parties.Previous
