Punishment of using false [x x x x] [Words 'Trade mark or' omitted by Act III of 1967.] property mark.

- Whoever uses [x x x x ] [Words 'Trade mark or' omitted by Act III of 1967.] any false property mark shall, unless lie proves that he acted without intent to defraud, be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
