Section 483: Counterfeiting property mark used by another

Counterfeiting property mark used by another.

- Whoever counterfeits any [x x x x ] [Words 'Trade mark or' omitted by Act III of 1967.] property mark used by any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
