Diversion of non-agricultural land held for a specific purpose.
- The provisions of sections 95 and 96 shall mutatis mutandis be applicable in respect of the diversion or use of any land held free of assessment on condition of being used for a specific non-agricultural purpose to any other non-agricultural purpose.Previous
