Section 98: Permission may be granted on terms
Permission may be granted on terms.
- Nothing in sections 95 and 96 shall prevent the granting of the permission aforesaid in special cases on such terms and conditions as may be agreed to between the Deputy Commissioner and the occupant, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions specified in the rules made in this behalf by the State Government.Previous
