Use of property assigned or entrusted by Government, [Mumbai Corporation,] [These words were Substituted for the original by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, Schedule para (3).] etc.
- The State Government, the Municipal Corporation or the Municipal Council may assign or entrust to the Board, any property, whether moveable or immoveable for use by the Board, for such purposes of this Chapter on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the Board. It shall be the duty of the Board to use such property for the purpose for which it is assigned or entrusted.Previous
