Section 107: Transfer of improvement works to Board

Transfer of improvement works to Board.

(1)

Any Municipal Corporation or Municipal Council may transfer to the Board on behalf of the Authority any improvement works completed by it in any slum improvement area for the purpose of maintenance, or for any other purpose of this Chapter on such terms and conditions, as may be mutually agreed upon, and it shall be the duty of the Board to carry out the purpose for which such works are transferred.

(2)

On such transfer of the improvement works, all records relating to such works shall be transferred to the Board.
