Section 175: Protection of action taken in good faith

Protection of action taken in good faith.

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any members of the Authority or Board or Panchayat or any employees of the Authority or Panchayat for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or any rule, regulation, order, proposal, plan or project or any instrument made under this Act.
