Section 63: Authority to assume management of requisitioned lands
Authority to assume management of requisitioned lands.
- The Authority shall, subject to the general control of the State Government, assume management of all such lands, requisitioned or deemed to be requisitioned or continued to be subject to requisition, by or under the authority of the State Government under the Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948 or by or under any corresponding law for the time being in force, as the State Government may direct.Previous
