Section 64: Power to dispose of property
Power to dispose of property.
- Subject to any rules made by the State Government under this Act, the Authority may retain, lease, sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of, any land, any building or other property vesting in it and situate in the area comprised in any proposal, plan or project permitted under this Act, in such manner as it thinks fit.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
