Section 98: Disposal of moneys received by the Board
Disposal of moneys received by the Board.
- The moneys placed at the disposal of the Board by the Authority under this Chapter shall be applied for the purposes of this Chapter.Previous
Sec 97 — [Contribution by State Government, Mumbai Corporation and Authority. - (1) The State Government shall, under appropriation duly made by law in this behalf, pay an annual contribution to the Authority equal to the amount of cess recovered during that year, and the Mumbai Corporation shall pay the annual contribution of rupees ten crores to the Authority
