The [Mumbai Corporation] [These words were Substituted for the original by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, Schedule para (3).] shall render such help and assistance, and furnish such information to the Board as the Board may from time to time, require for carrying out its duties and functions, and shall make available to the Board for inspection and examinations such records, maps, plans, and other documents as may be necessary for the performance and discharge of its duties and functions.(2)
The [Mumbai Corporation] [These words were Substituted for the original by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, Schedule para (3).] shall, on demand, make available copies of assessment rolls and other relevant documents in connection with assessment of its taxes.
