Penalty for failure to surrender in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 63.
Whoever fails without sufficient cause to surrender in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 63 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to two years and shall, also be liable to fine.Previous
