Warehousing opium. -
The State Government may, by notification published in the official Gazette, declare any place to be a warehouse for all or any opium legally imported, whether before or after the payment of any duty leviable thereon, into the territories administered by the Government, or into any specified part thereof, and intended to be exported thence. So long as the declaration remains in force the owner of such opium shall be bound by it in that warehouse.Previous
