A Ceremonial Bench comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai, Justice Bela Trivedi, and Justice Augustine George Masih will be convened on May 16, 2025, to mark her farewell from the Supreme Court.
Although her official date of retirement is June 9, 2025, Justice Trivedi has opted for an early departure from the court, coinciding with the Supreme Court's scheduled summer vacations, which begin on May 23, 2025.

Justice Bela M Trivedi’s remarkable judicial career began when she was appointed as a Judge in the City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, on July 10, 1995. Her dedication and judicial excellence led to her elevation to the Gujarat High Court on February 17, 2011.
Further recognizing her contributions, she was elevated to the Supreme Court of India on August 31, 2021, where she served with distinction.
