New Delhi, Sept 24: The Union Law Ministry today issued a notification confirming the elevation of Justice N. Senthilkumar and Justice G. Arul Murugan.
Both were serving as Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, and now, with the President's approval, they will take charge as permanent Judges once they assume office.
The order, issued under Article 217 of the Constitution, formally marks their transition from temporary roles to full-time judicial positions. The appointment takes effect immediately upon their assumption of duties.
