Nothing in this Act or in the rule made thereunder shall prevent any Officer or Member of the Legislative Assembly or any Minister from receiving or being entitled to receive in addition to the salaries and allowances to which he is entitled in accordance with law, any pension, allowance or salary lawfully permissible to him as a retired Government servant or otherwise.
