Powers of Assam Rifles Court in Relation to Proceedings Under This Act.

Any trial by an Assam Rifles Court under the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860) and the Assam Rifles Court shall be deemed to be the Court within the meaning of sections 345 and 346 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
