All orders and
decisions of the National Biodiversity Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson
or any other member authorised by the National Biodiversity Authority in this behalf and all other instruments executed by the National Biodiversity Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of an
officer of the National Biodiversity Authority authorised by it in this behalf.
