Probate and Administration, in Case Hindu, Mohammedan Or Buddhist, to Be Granted Only Under This Act.

No proceedings to obtain probate of a will, or letters of administration to the estate, of any Hindu, Mohammadan or Buddhist shall be instituted in any Court in the ¹[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] except under this Act.
