Classes of Tenants

There shall be, for the purposes of this Act, the following classes of tenants, namely ;

(a) permanent tenure-holders,

(b) fixed-rate tenants,

---

(c) tenants holding on special terms in Oudh,

---

(d) exproprietary tenants,

---

(e) occupancy tenants,

---

(f) hereditary tenants,

---

(g) non-occupancy tenants.
