¹Licences for purchase, etc. of liquor for manufacture of ²[articles mentioned in section 24A].- The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing authorise an officer to grant licences for the purchase, possession or use of any liquor or alcohol for the manufacture of ³[any article mentioned in section 24A] on such conditions as may be prescribed.]
