(1) Every Corporation shall furnish to the State Government such returns,
statistics, accounts and other information with respect to its property or activities or in regard to any
proposed scheme as the State Government may from time to time require.
(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), a Corporation shall, as soon as possible after the end of each financial year, submit to the 1[State Government] a report on the exercise and performance by it of its powers and duties under this Act during that year and on its policy and programme.
2[(3) The State Government shall cause the annual report referred to in sub-section (2) to be laid before 3[each House of Parliament].]
